Conveniently located just 10-15 minute walk to el Centro, Instituto, Jardine and the Mercado. Convenient to bus/taxi service to all parts of town. Neighborhood is tranquil, friendly and flat. Small tienda for all basic supplies (milk, eggs, drinks etc) only ½ block away and yummy restaurants 5-10 minute walk. Wifi & purified water througout house. Fully furnished to make your stay comfortable including quality linens such as high thread count, cotton sheets and down comforters. Gas heaters, bedside tables reading lights, 2 Smart TV’s and one regular TV help make your stay cozy. We strive to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Note: I am seeking responsible renters that will take good care of this home. Also, independent renters that want to immerse themselves in all Mexico has to offer...including paying utilities(for one year leases). I have a handyman to call if a problem arises. Shops, doctors and restaurants cater to the Americans, Canadians and Europeans who flock here. This is the perfect city for an extended stay. It is safe to walk around day and night and the climate is pleasant year-round.
